Horizontal Bar Sawing Hudson Metals utilizes horizontal band saws to process from 1/4 “round to 16” round as well as flats and squares of all dimensions. We’ve just added an Amada 250W which gives us the capability to hold tolerances on cut pieces of + .005, - .000.

Vertical Plate Sawing Hudson Metals’ hydraulically-controlled Amada vertical band saw easily cuts tool steel bars from plate up to 12” thick. Hudson offers square and rectangular bars in standard and custom sizes quickly and economically.

Blanchard Grinding Hudson Metals understands the need to hold tight tolerances when grinding tools. We currently stock both high speed steel and tool steel in ground sizes for customers who need close tolerance special products in a hurry. Our Blanchard grinding can hold down to +/- .001, with +/- .005 standard.
